Who we are

LogoCraft (logocraft.io) is an AI logo generator operated at contact address contact@jacobscode.com. This notice explains what data we process when you use the site or buy credits.

What we collect

• Logo inputs: descriptions, prompts, optional colors, logo text, and optional reference images you upload for generation or iteration.
• Credit keys: keys used to authorize generation, stored in our database and optionally in your browser.
• Purchase details: when you buy credits, Stripe may share your email and payment metadata with us so we can activate and email your credit key. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical logs: standard server logs (such as IP address, user agent, and request timing) from hosting infrastructure.

What we do not do

• We do not require user accounts or passwords.
• We do not use marketing analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts on the site.
• We do not set third-party advertising or analytics cookies on the homepage.

How we use your data

• Generate and iterate logos from your inputs.
• Process credit purchases and deliver credit keys.
• Prevent abuse and keep the service running.
• Respond to support requests you send us.

Services that process data on our behalf

• OpenAI — receives prompts and images so we can generate and edit logos.
• Stripe — processes payments. Card data is handled by Stripe; LogoCraft does not store full card numbers.
• Google Cloud / Firebase — hosts the app (Firebase Hosting and Cloud Run) and stores credit-key and purchase records in Firestore.
• Resend — sends transactional email with your credit key after purchase.

These providers process data only as needed to provide their services. Some may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own privacy terms and applicable transfer mechanisms.

Browser storage

If you enter or receive a credit key, we may save it in your browser's localStorage under the key logocraft_credit_key so you do not have to re-enter it. You can clear it anytime by removing site data in your browser settings or clearing the key in the app.

Retention

• Prompts and images are processed to fulfill your request. We do not keep a public user gallery of your logos.
• Credit-key and purchase records are kept so we can operate credits, prevent abuse, and handle support.
• Transactional emails are retained as needed for delivery and support.
• Hosting logs are retained according to our infrastructure providers' defaults and our operational needs.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email contact@jacobscode.com. We may need enough information to find your records (for example, a credit key or checkout email).

Children

LogoCraft is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

We may update this page when the service or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version.
